- Cook the basmathi rice and keep aside..
- In a wok, heat up the oil, throw in the onion and anchovies and sauté them until the onion is soften or at least for 4-5 mins.Add in the chilli flakes and stir fry again and Add in the egg at the same time and the salt.
- Finally add in the cooked basmathi rice and stir fry for 3-4 minutes..
