- You need 1 packet of china grass or agar agar 8gms.
- Prepare 1/2 litre of milk.
- It's 125 gms of fresh cream.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar.

- Grind china in a mixer.
- Take a non stick pan and mix china grass with 1 cup water..and leave it for 20 mins till it becomes soft.
- In another pan keep milk for boiling after 1 boil lower the flame add sugar and cream and keep stirring boil it for 5 mins.
- On the other hand keep china grass cook till you get a thick paste..
- Now off both the flames milk and china grass..
- Now mix china grass to the milk and stir it well let it rest for 2_3 mins..
- Now add the mango pulp and mix well. Pour the mixture in glasses or in a setting bowl and let it set at room temperature..
- Once set keep it in fridge for 5_6 hours and serve chilled..
