Ingredients of Rawa Palak Chakli
- Prepare of Rawa 1 cup(fine).
- Prepare of Palak purre 1/4 cup(blanched palak).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Yellow moong dal.
- It's 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Ajwain.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Sesame seeds.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's of Oil for frying.
Rawa Palak Chakli instructions
- Cook yellow moong dal in 1/2cup of water..
- Mix cooked moong dal and palak puree in a mixer..
- Add rawa in a mixer jar and make powder of it..
- Place rawa powder on a muslin cloth and tie a knot..
- Just keep this knoted rawa potli in a pressure cooker separator (do not add water in a separator) and cook until 3 whistles..
- After 3 whistle turn off the gas..
- Remove rawa potli from cooker separator..
- When rawa cools completely, untie the clothe and remove rawa powder..
- In a big plate add cooked rawa powder,yellow moong dal and palak mixture,red chilli powder,ajwain, sesame seeds,salt and make a stiff dough..
- Dough is ready..
- Grease chakli maker with some oil..
- Place dough in a chakli maker..
- Make small chaklies..
- Fry rawa palak chakli in a oil on low flame..
