- It's 1 cup of Jowar flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Bajari flour.
- You need 1 cup of Rice flour.

- First of all take all the flours in a heavy bottom pan and dry roast on low heat until nice aroma comes and it starts Changing colour.
- Heat some water, add all the spices, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and Ajwain to hot water. Add salt also according to the taste.
- In a mixing bowl take roasted mixed flours add 4 tablespoons of oil to it and mix well.
