You can cook Chakali using 12 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Chakali
- You need 4 cups of Multi Grain Chakali aata.
- Prepare 1-2 cups of Lukewarm water.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Ajwain.
- It's 3-4 teaspoon of Sesame seeds.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Khaskhas.
- It's 1/4 teaspoon of Haldi Powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder.
- It's 2-4 teaspoon of Garlic and green chilli paste.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Oil for deep frying.
- You need as needed of Oil for moyan (kneading dough).
Chakali instructions
- Take all above mentioned ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Take 2 tablespoon of hot oil and add in Chakali dry mix (as moyen) mix well and knead a tight dough using warm water, keep covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Fill Chakali maker with sufficient Chakali dough and close it.
- Prepare chakalis on plastic sheet or directly in hot oil.
- Deep fry on low heat till done and golden brown.
- When completely cold..store in air tight container and enjoy any time.
