Ingredients of Healthy Chakli
- It's 1 cup of jawar flour.
- You need 1 cup of semilion (rawa).
- Prepare 3/4 cup of oil (moin).
- You need as required of Oil for deep fry.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ajwain/carom seeds.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 3 spoons of gralic green chilli paste.

- Take all ingredients together only deep fry oil Left by using water maker smooth dough rest it for five minutes by using some oil on hand make it smooth like this..

- After making all now heat the oil and deep fry on medium flame our chakli are ready for serving.
