- Prepare 2 cup of maida / all-purpose flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sooji.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Carom seeds.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need As needed of Oil for frying.
- It's 3/4 Cup of tomato paste.
- You need 3/4 Cup of fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves paste.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.

- Mix maida with suji and salt and Carom seeds and 2 tbsp oil.Divide it into three parts..
- To one part add tomato paste and red chilli powder and make a tight dough using warm water.Keep it covered using damp cloth for 15 mins..
- To second part add green paste and black pepper powder,make a tight dough using warm water.keep.this also covered with damp cloth for 15 mins.
- Third part will be just normal one and make a dough and keep it also covered for 15 mins. Now your 3 doughs are ready..
- Now make small chapatis from all these 3 dough using roller pin.Make some cuts using a knife and cut into strips and place one above other and giving them a shape of chakri.
- Warm oil and fry them in slow heat till they becomes crispy and crunchy and after frying put them on tissue paper for removing excess oil.Enjoy them with tea or tomato sauce or green chutney.
