- Prepare 1 litre of Fresh cream.
- You need 200 gm of icing sugar.
- You need 8 of nos egg white.
- You need 200 gm of sugar.
- You need 350 gm of Mango puree.
- It's 30 gm of Gelatin.
- Prepare 5 ml of yellow colour.
- Prepare 10 ml of Vanilla.
- It's 200 gm of Dark chocolate compound.

- You need 75 gm of mango puree.

Mango Mazza instructions
- First Beat sugar with egg white keep separate.
- Mix whipping cream with Icing sugar and add 1st step.
- Then mix well together pour mango puree and yellow colour and add gelatin pour in mould keep in Freezer until set.
- After remove from mould boil hot and cold graze along with yellow colour and mango puree keep it some time until it's cold then pour top of the cake make some chocolate garnish ready to serve.
