- Now grate the raw mango. In a pan add the grated mango and then the gur. Keep stirring and cooking it. Till the mango and the gur is mixed and cook well. Do it for 8-10 min. Then add the dry masala. Mix it well. When it cools down add the lemon juice. Then keep it in an air tight glass container.
