I dont want the outer layer of the wrap to be too thick and chewy so i made a rumali roti instead of regular roti or chapati. When i finished making the wrap and tasted it, it was sooo good. Crispy Paneer Bars are cottage cheese fingers coated with papad and I have used the mint coriander chutney and imli chutney inside paneer to curb its raw flavour. Crispy paneer wrap step by step
- In a bowl Mix all dry ingredients for paneer coating. Add water and make a thick consistency batter. Now coat paneer into it and then coat in papad/breadcrumbs/cornflackes. Deep fry it untill turn crispy..
- For wrap take one tortilla wrap roti (readymade) and heat a little on a pan from both side. Now apply mayonnaise, ketchup and Chilli flakes-oregano seasoning mixture..
- Now in a center add all the veggies, and top it with paneer, mint mayonnaise, peri peri sauce & cheese..
- Roll it and make a wrap. You can serve it as it is or you can toast it in a pan with a little butter. And serve it hot..
In a small bowl add paneer pieces,red chilli powder,salt and mix well. In a separate bowl mix cornflour,maida,salt,pepper with some water to make a paste.
